Booking policy

 

 

 

Below is my standard booking policy as well as my rescheduling. and cancelation clause. If. you have any other questions don't hesitate in reaching out.

Booking fee is 30% of the total amount. This is your first payment.


Clients can review and sign the contract within seven days once sent out. Booking fee is due up to seven days from the date the contract is received (the Client’s event date is on hold for seven days from the moment the contract is sent and Client’s event date is booked when both signing is completed and booking fee is received).


Booking fee is non-refundable.


In the event of the Clients cancelling or postponing to a date in which the photographer is unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographer.



Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show


If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Photographer to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the Event to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the Event to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Photographer as soon as possible via email, text or phone. Photographer will work with Client to reschedule and find a new date at no extra cost.

At no-show or if it becomes impossible for Photographer to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Photographer will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost of services.  


In the case of Clients cancelling or postponing the event and the Photographer's availability does match the new schedule, Client can always use the Booking fee as credit for different photography services such as Engagement/Anniversary /Portrait/Family session.


If Photographer can't render services due to illness or last minute-emergency, Photographer will communicate this will Client as soon as possible and will do everything possible find a replacement that will cover the services purchased.

New Photographer will shoot at RAW and all retouching, editing  and delivery will be done by main Photographer.  If main Photographer can't find a replacemenrt in time , Photographer will refund all moneys paid at the time of emergency.
